Sautéed Swiss Chard with Carrots and Celery
I know you all have some carrots lingering in your fridge! Try out this super simple side dish!
    Instructions
    1. Steam Swiss chard for 6 minutes; remove.
    2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and add chili flakes, garlic, onion, celery and carrot. Saute until carrots are slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
    3. Add steamed Swiss chard, broth, salt and pepper; cook for 2-3 more minutes.
