Really Rad Roasted Radishes (+ Carrots and Potatoes)
Love our favorite exit strategy, roasting- especially when you use a combo of veggies from your box. The original creator of this recipe recommends microwaving the veggies first, but you DON’T NEED TO DO THAT! Just throw them in the oven and roast until cooked through.

Ingredients
- 8-12 radishes halved or quartered
- 8-12 baby potatoes quartered
- 3-4 carrots chopped into chuncks
- 4 T EVOO more if you use more veggies
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp steak spices
- 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp parsley

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Gather and wash veggies, chop into pieces.
- Put into microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for ~3-4 minutes.
- Take out of the microwave and pour olive oil and all the spices into the bowel with the veggies, stir well.
- Spread veggies onto a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes (or more).
- Take out of oven, let them cook and serve!
