Raw Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 T grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 2 cloves largegarlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 7 turns freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 T EVOO

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl. Using a small whisk or fork, mix until combined and continue whisking while you slowly pour in olive oil.
- Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve over your favorite salad and Enjoy!
