Quinoa Kale Tomato Corn Salad
Remember to “massage” the kale for a softer green before adding the other ingredients.
    Instructions
    1. Massage kale with a small drizzle of olive oil. Then add the other ingredients.
    2. Gently toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
