Orange and Fennel Salad
Fennel can be overwhelming as a new vegetable, try this recommended recipe from CSA member Kathryn! She has made it before and plans on making it again!

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Place the sliced fennel in a salad bowl. Slice oranges to divide flesh sections and add to bowl.
    2. Drizzle with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper.
    3. Toss, top with sweetened cranberries and serve.
