Herbed Corn and Carrots
This is seriously as easy as it gets. The recipe says to use the microwave, but I would just heat up the butter in a pan and heat it up stove top!
Ingredients

corn kernels
1
large carrot
chopped

T
water
3
T
butter
cubed
3/4
tsp
dried basil
1/2
tsp
onion salt
1/2
tsp
dried parsley flakes
fresh pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the corn, carrot and water. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain.
Add butter and seasonings, stirring until butter is melted.
