Easy Tabbouleh
An easy way to use your parsley and some fresh mint! Sub in some of those bunching onions!
    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Place burghul in a bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 20 minutes or until softened. Drain. Rinse under cold water.
    2. Drain, pressing out water with a metal spoon.
    3. Place burghul, parsley, mint, tomato and onion in a bowl. Stir to combine.
    4. Place oil and lemon juice in a screw-top jar. Secure lid. Shake to combine. Drizzle over tabbouleh. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Toss to combine. Serve.
