Bell Pepper Tomato Salad
Another simple salad that can be made ahead!
    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Whisk olive oil, hot sauce, the lemon juice, garlic clove, parsley and salt in a bowl; season with pepper.
    2. Thinly slice 2 green bell peppers and cut 3 plum tomatoes into wedges; toss with the dressing.
