Great use of carrots and ginger! The flavor in this is amazing!

You know I’m all about making things easier! Lazy cabbage rolls are on my list to make this week!

This is seriously as easy as it gets. The recipe says to use the microwave, but I would just heat up the butter in a pan and heat it up stove top!
