Kohlrabi slaw if definitely one of our groups favorite ways to use kohlrabi! Mix with carrots or even add in some napa cabbage if you still have some!
I have made this every year for the past 5 years. Its SO good and always perfect timing with our CSA box! I also have never had all the ingredients on hand, I have modified something almost every time and its still delicious! I’ve added kohlrabi, diced salad turnips and more!
